Alsace’s sheltered climate, protected by the Vosges mountains, creates ideal conditions for Riesling, especially around Colmar where sunshine is abundant and the growing season is particularly favorable. This wine comes from Domaine Viticole de la Ville de Colmar, a family estate founded in 1895 with more than 28 hectares of vineyards, including some prestigious Grand Cru parcels. The estate is now guided by Nicolas Haeffelin, who brings a precise, elegant, and dry style to the wines, emphasizing varietal character while keeping the wines supple and accessible.

Food & Serving
A natural match for young goat cheese, this Riesling also pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, and light dishes with fresh herbs or citrus. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary.
