Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a deep, clear ruby color. The nose is intense and layered, with aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, and gentle spice, followed by notes of toasted oak and a mineral edge that adds definition and depth. On the palate, it is elegant and well balanced, with fine tannins supporting a concentrated core of fruit. The finish is long and persistent, and the wine has the structure to drink beautifully now while continuing to evolve over the next 5–10 years.

Sourced from the Premier Cru vineyard Lavaux St Jacques in Gevrey-Chambertin, this Pinot Noir reflects the character of a site known for producing complex and finely structured wines. The wine is made with traditional maceration and fermentation, then aged in French oak barrels to build texture, depth, and aromatic complexity.
