Tasting Notes
In the glass, it offers a graceful, transparent ruby color typical of fine Pinot Noir. The nose is subtle yet highly expressive, with floral notes and pristine red fruit lifted by an impression of energy and finesse. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a gentle, polished grip and slightly darker fruit than a standard Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. A saline edge adds freshness and length on the finish, giving the wine a precise, mouthwatering close. While already appealing in its youth, it should develop added complexity over the next 5 to 8 years.
