Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale golden color with a subtle green tint. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of white flowers, sea buckthorn, and yellow apples. On the palate, it is zesty and clean, with crunchy Granny Smith apple, biscuit, orange peel, and a distinct granite-like mineral edge. The wine is best enjoyed young for its brightness and energy, ideally within the next three years.

Production
The Chardonnay comes from vines aged around 25 to 40 years, rooted in the region’s ideal chalky, calcareous soils. To preserve the wine’s fruit purity and mineral precision, both fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel. This approach keeps the style taut, fresh, and true to Chablis.

Food & Serving
A natural match for oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish, sushi, and goat’s cheese. Serve chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary. Best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its crisp, youthful character.
