Tasting Notes
In the glass, this 2023 shows a bright, polished pale gold tone. The nose is expressive and layered, with ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest, subtle floral notes, and a refined touch of toasted oak, butter, and mineral tension. On the palate, it balances generous fruit with a fresh, focused line. Expect flavors of apple, pear, and a hint of melon, lifted by nutty complexity, creamy texture, and a precise mineral finish. Production
Although Saint-Aubin sits just next to some of Burgundy’s most prestigious Chardonnay territory, its Premier Cru vineyards are valued for delivering high-quality wines with excellent balance and character. The 2023 vintage was aged for 12–14 months in barrique, with 10–15% new oak, helping to add nuance and texture without overwhelming the wine’s natural precision.

Serve at 12–14°C. This is an excellent match for baked white fish, roast or grilled chicken, creamy poultry dishes, shellfish, and fine-aged cheeses. Decanting is not necessary, though a brief aeration can help if opening the wine young.
