Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a lively, pale golden hue with a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting, with green apple and citrus at the forefront, followed by more delicate notes of brioche, cream caramel, and freshly baked bread from aging on the lees. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with a gentle mousse that fills the mouth without feeling heavy. The fruit remains the main focus, but the wine’s quality is underlined by its creamy, biscuity undertones and clean, refreshing finish. It is enjoyable now for its freshness and charm, while retaining enough structure to age gracefully for a few years.

This Crémant is made in the Jura, a region known for producing distinctive wines with a strong sense of place. Domaine Rolet works with high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and vinifies the wine using the traditional method: first fermented in tank, then fermented a second time in the bottle to build finesse, texture, and complexity.

Food & Serving
An excellent choice as an aperitif, it also pairs well with light fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate poultry preparations. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and there is no need to decant.
