Serve chilled at approximately 10–12°C to preserve the wine’s freshness while allowing its aromatic character to develop in the glass. Rully white pairs naturally with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy sauces and mild cheeses. Decanting is not usually necessary for a young white Burgundy, though a brief opening before serving can help reveal more of its nuances.
