Domaine Raffin’s Côtes du Rhône Haut de Raffin 2025 is an elegant, expressive white wine defined by freshness, ripe fruit and a subtle mineral character. Night harvesting, immediate pressing and fermentation in concrete vats help preserve its bright aromatics and refined balance.

Tasting Notes
The wine has a clear, pale straw-yellow appearance. Its nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of stone fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is refined, fresh and well balanced, revealing flavours of ripe fruit alongside a delicate mineral undertone. Its freshness makes it particularly enjoyable in its youth; it is best appreciated while the fruit and vibrant character are at their most expressive.

Production
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with the picking carried out at night to help protect freshness and aromatic intensity. They are pressed immediately after harvest, followed by temperature-controlled vinification in concrete vats. The specific grape varieties and detailed vineyard terroir are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its citrus freshness and mineral character make it a natural match for oysters, mussels, grilled fish, prawns, sushi and fresh goat’s cheese. It can be enjoyed straight from the bottle without decanting, although a brief period in the glass will allow its aromas to open further.
