Production
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and picked during the night, helping to preserve their freshness and aromatic precision before being pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, followed by vinification in concrete tanks. This gentle, temperature-managed approach supports the wine’s crisp character, balanced palate and mineral expression.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its combination of citrus freshness, ripe fruit and mineral notes makes it a natural match for grilled or poached fish, seafood, shellfish, poultry, fresh goat’s cheese and light salads. Decanting is not necessary; simply allow the bottle a few minutes in the glass to reveal its aromas.
