Tasting Notes
Deep red in colour with vivid purple reflections. The nose opens with ripe blackcurrant and blackberry, complemented by subtle sweet-spice notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with silky tannins, harmonious structure and a lingering finish. The 2024 vintage is already approachable, with its fruit and supple texture showing well. It can be enjoyed over the next few years, while short-term cellaring should allow the flavours to integrate further.

Production
Produced under the Côtes du Rhône appellation, the wine is made to emphasise ripe fruit, colour and structure. A long maceration in concrete vats helps extract the wine’s deep hue, aromatic intensity and tannins while preserving a smooth, balanced profile. Specific vineyard details, grape varieties and harvesting methods have not been provided.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly cool at approximately 16–18°C. Its ripe fruit, rounded body and silky tannins pair well with grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, sausages, hearty vegetable dishes, ratatouille and mature cheeses. Decanting is not essential for this youthful wine, though 20–30 minutes in a decanter can help open its aromas before serving.
