Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Grand Cru shows remarkable complexity and poise. The nose opens with layers of cherry, raspberry, forest floor, violets, and exotic spice, lifted by subtle limestone notes and a refined mineral edge. With time in bottle, it can unfold further with truffle, dried flowers, and undergrowth, adding even more dimension to an already layered bouquet. The palate is deep and intense, yet beautifully polished. Concentrated fruit is supported by silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and an almost weightless elegance, giving the wine both structure and finesse.
