Food & Serving
This is a wine best enjoyed with refined dishes such as roast duck, pigeon, game birds, veal, or mushroom-based preparations like truffle risotto and wild mushroom tart. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant gently if young or tightly closed; for an older bottle, a short decant may be enough to preserve its delicate aromatics.
