Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine presents a bright, pale-gold appearance. Its fragrant nose opens with ripe peach, white flowers and a subtle note of nutmeg, creating an inviting balance between fruit and gentle spice. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, silky and fleshy, with a concentrated yet graceful core of orchard fruit. Lively acidity brings freshness and energy, while the long, mouth-watering finish leaves a poised impression. Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 10–12°C. It is a natural partner for roast or grilled chicken, veal, creamy fish dishes, scallops, lobster and lightly sauced vegetables.
