Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 10–12°C. Its freshness and balanced structure make it a natural partner for seafood, oysters, grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in a light cream sauce and fresh goat’s cheese. Decanting is not normally necessary, although allowing the wine a short time in the glass can help reveal its aromas.
