Production
Produced in the Saint-Romain appellation of Burgundy, this wine is matured for 10 to 12 months in oak barriques, with 25% of the barrels being new. The oak ageing adds texture and layers of vanilla and caramel without obscuring the wine’s floral, fruity and mineral character.
