The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed to preserve delicacy and aromatic clarity. Fermentation and aging take place entirely in stainless steel tanks, emphasizing freshness, crisp fruit and the domaine’s hallmark flinty minerality, without any influence of oak.
