On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and layered, with ripe fruit framed by finely integrated tannins and fresh, well-balanced acidity. Production
The Les Cras vineyard in Pommard is marked by limestone and clay soils, which help give the wine its mineral backbone and firm structure. The challenging 2021 vintage in Burgundy delivered lower yields due to spring frost, but the surviving Pinot Noir grapes reached excellent concentration and freshness, resulting in a wine with precision and purity.
