Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a vivid ruby-red colour with a youthful brightness. The nose opens with pure red berry fruit and delicate floral aromas, giving the wine a lifted and inviting profile. On the palate, it is fresh, supple, and nicely concentrated without feeling heavy. The fruit is clean and ripe, supported by gentle structure and a balanced finish. While delicious young, it should also hold well for a few years, developing a touch more savoury complexity with time.

Production
The wine comes from a 1.82-hectare parcel in Savigny-les-Beaune, located next to the prestigious Corton slope in Burgundy. The vineyard benefits from a prime terroir that helps preserve freshness while building flavour and balance. After harvest, the wine is aged for 18 months in barrel before bottling, allowing it to gain texture and refinement while keeping its accessible, fruit-driven style.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled chicken, roast poultry, turkey, mushroom dishes, or lightly prepared pork. Serve it at around 15-16°C to show its freshness and aromatic lift, and decanting is generally not necessary unless opening it very young.
