Crafted from Chardonnay and matured in barrel, it shows the classic balance of regional finesse, generosity, and precision that has made Burgundy such a benchmark for white wine.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, this Beaune Blanc offers a bright and polished appearance that hints at its ripeness and careful élevage. The nose opens with a generous mix of red apple, melon, and nectarine, rounded out by subtle notes of oak and a gentle creamy nuance from barrel ageing. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and smooth, with a clean, fruit-driven profile and a refreshing finish that keeps the wine focused and food-friendly. The texture is supple rather than heavy, and while already enjoyable now, it should hold well over the next few years as the fruit and oak integrate further.

Production
The grapes come from vineyards located around the town of Beaune, where the soils and local microclimate are well suited to producing Chardonnay with both ripeness and freshness. The fruit is harvested by hand and carefully sorted on arrival at the winery before fermentation takes place in the same barrels used for ageing. The wine then spends 15 months in barrel, allowing it to gain texture, depth, and subtle oak complexity.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, and white fish, especially when prepared simply with butter, herbs, or light cream sauces. Serve it cool, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if you want to open up its aromatics, though it is not strictly necessary.
