Harvesting is done by hand, followed by careful vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. No oak is used, allowing the wine’s pure fruit character, floral aromatics, and mineral expression to remain front and center.

This Riesling pairs beautifully with shellfish, oysters, grilled fish, sushi, light poultry dishes, and salads with citrus or herbal dressings. It also works well with classic Alsace specialties such as choucroute or tarte flambée. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
