Production
Sourced from the premier cru En Veau site in Givry, the wine reflects the limestone- and clay-driven soils of southern Burgundy, which help preserve freshness while adding depth and structure. Grapes are typically harvested by hand and vinified with a restrained Burgundian approach to preserve site expression, often including fermentation and maturation in oak to add texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

This is an excellent partner for roast poultry, creamy seafood dishes, seared scallops, or fine mushroom risotto. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and consider a short decant if the wine is showing tightly in its youth, though it is equally enjoyable with a brief rest in the glass.
