Tasting Notes
Bright and refreshing in style, this Petit Chablis offers an expressive, fruity nose with delicate aromatic lift. On the palate, it is soft, smooth and flavourful, balancing generous fruit with the clean, invigorating character expected from a Chablis white wine. Its accessible profile makes it particularly enjoyable in its youth, when the fresh fruit and aromatic character are at their most pronounced. It is best suited to drinking over the next few years rather than extended cellaring.

Production
The wine is produced using gentle pneumatic pressing followed by static cold clarification, helping to preserve the purity of the fruit. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, and the wine is then matured in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. This restrained approach allows the wine’s freshness, aromas and supple texture to remain at the centre of the style.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. It makes a delightful aperitif and pairs especially well with seafood starters, oysters, prawns, smoked fish and other light fish dishes. Its soft, aromatic character also works beautifully with charcuterie. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to let the aromas develop in the glass.
