Domaine Hubert Beck’s Crémant d’Alsace Brut Cigognes is a precise, refreshing sparkling wine from Dambach-la-Ville, in the heart of Alsace. Made using the traditional méthode traditionnelle, it combines lively freshness with a fine mousse and subtle brioche complexity, making it an elegant alternative to Champagne for aperitif occasions and refined meals.

Tasting Notes
Bright and clear in appearance, this Crémant opens with aromas of fresh white fruit and citrus, complemented by delicate notes of brioche from its time on the lees. The palate is dry and taut, with energetic acidity, a fine, persistent mousse and a clean, refreshing finish. It is best enjoyed in its youthful, vibrant phase, although careful short-term cellaring can allow the lees-derived nuances to develop further.

Production
The wine is produced by Domaine Hubert Beck in Dambach-la-Ville, Alsace, from grapes grown in the estate’s own vineyards. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, before undergoing a second fermentation in bottle according to the méthode traditionnelle. Extended lees ageing contributes additional texture, subtle brioche character and a refined mousse.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. Its dry profile and lively acidity make it a natural partner for oysters, shellfish, seafood and light fish dishes, as well as refined starters that do not rely on creamy sauces. It is also an excellent aperitif. Decanting is not recommended; serve directly from a chilled bottle to retain the wine’s sparkle and freshness.
