The grapes come from Domaine Hubert Beck’s approximately 35 hectares of vineyards surrounding Dambach-la-Ville, an established wine-growing area in Alsace. Since constructing a new winery in 1997, the domaine has worked with modern pressing and vinification equipment, including temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation tanks. These facilities help preserve Pinot Blanc’s fresh fruit aromas and balanced, varietally pure character.

Food & Serving
Serve this Pinot Blanc lightly chilled at around 8–10°C. Its freshness and gentle texture pair well with seafood, grilled fish, mussels, poultry, quiche, fresh salads and mild cheeses; it is also a natural match for Alsatian dishes such as choucroute garnie. Decanting is not necessary, although opening the bottle shortly before serving can allow its aromas to unfold.
