Domaine Garoloup Les Hortes du Loup Les Nuits Blanches 2024 is a fresh, gently textured white wine from France’s Languedoc region. Made from grapes grown on limestone and clay soils, it combines bright citrus and white stone-fruit character with a soft, rounded palate and subtle spice.

Tasting Notes
Pale in appearance, the wine opens with aromas of white stone fruit, citrus and delicate floral tones. On the palate, it is fresh and rounded, with a mild spiciness and a balanced, softly structured finish. Its freshness and gentle texture make it especially appealing in its youth, when the citrus and floral notes are at their most expressive.

Production
The vineyards of Les Hortes du Loup are planted on limestone and clay soils, which provide a balanced foundation for freshness and texture. The grapes are gently pressed before fermentation at controlled temperatures, partly in stainless steel. The wine is then matured on fine lees, enhancing its mouthfeel, balance and soft structure.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This versatile white pairs beautifully with avocado topped with crab or prawns, shellfish, cod and dry goat’s cheese. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its floral and fruit aromas unfold.

The estate’s approach focuses on expressing the freshness of its limestone and clay terroir through gentle pressing, controlled fermentation and lees ageing, resulting in a balanced and approachable regional white.
