Production
Produced in the Mâconnais, the wine is made with respect for the local terroir and according to the domaine’s focus on sustainable, organic and biodynamic viticulture. The grapes undergo complete malolactic fermentation, helping to round the wine’s texture while preserving its freshness, before maturing for 18 months on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks. Harvesting details have not been specified, but the cellar approach is designed to preserve the purity and character of the fruit without adding oak flavours.

Food & Serving
A versatile choice as an aperitif, this white Burgundy also pairs beautifully with delicate fish dishes, seafood, grilled poultry and soft or moderately mature cheeses.
