Tasting Notes
The wine opens with a refined bouquet of white flowers, fresh lemon, pear, and green apple, lifted by subtle nutty notes and a distinct impression of wet chalk and crushed stone. On the palate it is linear and finely structured, with ripe fruit that stays measured and never heavy, supported by taut, precise acidity. Puligny’s signature saline minerality comes through clearly, giving the wine a long, clean, dry finish. Already harmonious in youth, it has the balance and detail to develop gracefully over the next 5–10 years.

Production
This Puligny-Montrachet is assembled from several smaller parcels in and around the village of Puligny, an area renowned for producing Chardonnay of exceptional clarity and mineral tension. Vineyard work is carried out organically and biodynamically, with an emphasis on healthy soils and careful expression of site. Fermentation and maturation take place in French oak, used with restraint to add texture and depth without masking the wine’s delicate terroir character.

Food & Serving
Ideal with shellfish, white fish, light poultry dishes, and creamy sauces, where the wine’s freshness and mineral drive can shine. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if opened young to help the wine unfold its aromatic detail.
