Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, насыщенный dark ruby core. The nose is expressive and layered, with blackberry, dark plum, black tea, black pepper, and fresh Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and thyme, gradually opening to notes of leather and sandalwood with air. The palate is full-bodied and intense, yet shaped with real finesse. Ripe dark fruit, clove, white pepper, and the savory herbal character carry through a long, structured finish. This is a wine that will reward patience: it can be enjoyed after a few more years in bottle, but will continue to develop beautifully over the next 20 to 25 years.

Production
Réserve is a blend of 13 grape varieties, though it is clearly led by around 80% Grenache. The grapes are handled whole-cluster, fermented in cement vats with native yeasts, and then aged for two years in used oak barrels. The result is a wine that reflects the traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape approach while preserving purity, concentration, and freshness.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roasted lamb, game, slow-braised beef, duck, or richly flavored Mediterranean dishes with herbs and garlic. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine’s aromas and structure to fully unfold.
