Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous, polished appearance that hints at the wine’s concentration and purity. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and intense, yet beautifully composed, unfolding in layers with remarkable elegance. Production
The grapes come from biodynamically farmed vines averaging around 25 years of age, grown in the stony, sun-drenched terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Southern Rhône. The blend is split equally between Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne, chosen for their balance of freshness, texture, and aromatic complexity. After harvest, the wine is aged in a combination of small oak barrels and concrete, a method that preserves freshness while adding structure and depth.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for rich seafood, lobster, roast chicken, creamy sauces, fine poultry, and refined Mediterranean dishes, as well as aged cheeses. Serve it chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to show both its texture and aromatic detail. Decanting is not essential but can be helpful if opening young, giving the wine a little time to fully раскры its aromatic range.
