Sourced from Domaine du Pégau’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards in the Southern Rhône, where galets roulés, clay and limestone soils help shape the wine’s power and aromatic complexity. The blend is dominated by Grenache Noir, supported by Mourvèdre and Syrah, and the wine is traditionally handled to preserve texture, depth and regional character, with élevage in large foudres helping maintain balance and nuance.

Food & Serving
This is a natural match for roast lamb, duck, game, beef daube, or Provençal dishes with herbs, olives and garlic. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking now to allow the wine to open fully.
