Domaine Drouhin-Laroze farms its parcels using meticulous, quality-focused viticulture, with careful green harvesting and selective hand-picking to ensure only perfectly ripe Pinot Noir grapes reach the winery. Vinification typically involves traditional Burgundian methods: destemming according to vintage conditions, a cold maceration to gently extract color and aroma, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and élevage in French oak barrels (a portion new) to refine tannins and add subtle spice without overwhelming the purity of the fruit.

This Grand Cru Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as roast duck with cherries, lamb loin, veal chops, or game birds like pheasant or quail.
