Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with youthful purple highlights. The nose is expressive and layered, opening with red berries such as cherry and raspberry, followed by darker fruit accents, subtle spice, vanilla, clove, and a refined touch of cedar from oak aging. The palate is polished and structured, with silky tannins and bright acidity giving the wine both freshness and length. Red fruit remains at the core, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, licorice, and a delicate mineral streak. It has excellent aging potential and will continue to gain complexity over many years in bottle.
