Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, light ruby color that hints at its freshness and youthful energy. The nose is layered and inviting, opening with red berries such as strawberry, cherry, and raspberry, then unfolding into delicate spice notes of ginger, a touch of incense, floral nuances, roasted almond, and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is graceful and well-structured, combining juicy red fruit with silky tannins and a lively line of acidity. Gentle spice carries through the finish, where the wine remains long, balanced, and lightly mineral. It has excellent aging potential and should develop beautifully over the next 5 to 10 years.

Production
The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve quality, then carefully pressed to maintain the wine’s delicate Pinot Noir character. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a portion of new oak adding structure and complexity while respecting the purity of the fruit and the elegance of the terroir.

Food & Serving
This Premier Cru pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, mushroom risotto, braised lamb, or soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert. Serve slightly cool, ideally around 16–18°C, and decanting is optional but can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
