In the glass, it shows a bright pale gold color with subtle green reflections, hinting at its energy and freshness. The nose is layered and delicate, opening with white flowers, citrus, pear and peach, then unfolding into notes of toasted almond, acacia honey and a fine chalky minerality. The palate is beautifully balanced, combining a creamy texture with vivid acidity and a clear mineral backbone. Flavors of ripe lemon, stone fruit, brioche and a touch of vanilla from careful oak ageing lead into a long, fresh finish with a lightly saline edge. Production
The grapes come from Les Tillets, a high-altitude single vineyard in Meursault known for producing wines of freshness, finesse and mineral purity. Fruit is harvested by hand to ensure quality, then gently pressed to preserve the wine’s clean, precise character. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, followed by ageing in French oak barrels, including a proportion of new oak to add complexity without masking the vineyard’s natural elegance.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, turbot with beurre blanc, chicken in a mushroom sauce, or aged cheeses such as Comté and Gruyère. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C to best show its aromatic detail and structure. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a short opening in the glass can help reveal its full aromatic range.
