Production
Produced by Domaine de la Janasse in the Rhône Valley, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made from 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault. The grapes are macerated for 21 to 28 days, then the wine is aged for 12 months, with 80% in stainless steel and 20% in barrels, of which 30% are new, preserving both freshness and depth.
