Deep ruby in the glass, it opens with a rich aromatic profile of blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum, layered with Provençal herbs, black pepper, bay leaf, and a subtle earthy nuance. The palate is full-bodied and warm, with ripe dark fruit, polished tannins, and a supple, layered texture that carries through to a long finish marked by spice, garrigue, and gentle savoury notes. Fresh acidity keeps the wine well balanced, giving it lift and definition beneath the generous fruit. While already enjoyable for its fruit intensity and refined mouthfeel, it has the structure and concentration to develop nicely over the coming years.
