The nose is generous and expressive, with aromas of dark cherries, blackberry, garrigue, pepper, dried herbs, and a subtle earthy, savory note. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, balancing ripe black and red fruit with Mediterranean spice, fine tannins, and refreshing acidity. This wine comes from old-vine parcels in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where stony soils, warm Mediterranean sunshine, and the cooling influence of the Rhône terroir help produce ripe, concentrated fruit with natural freshness. The old vines contribute lower yields and greater intensity, resulting in a wine with strong aromatic complexity and depth.
