Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale straw color with green reflections, hinting at its youthful energy. The nose is delicate and inviting, with notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a subtle touch of peach, all lifted by a distinctly mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is dry, light-bodied, and harmonious, with crisp acidity, gentle fruit, and a clean, refreshing finish. It is made to be enjoyed for its immediacy and charm, though its focused structure and mineral backbone should keep it attractive over the next few years.

Production
Sourced from the Pouilly-sur-Loire appellation in the Loire Valley, the wine reflects the area’s chalky, flinty soils and cool climate, both of which help preserve freshness and define its terroir-driven style. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified gently in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no oak influence, to retain the grape’s natural delicacy and precision.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent partner for seafood, shellfish, white fish, fresh goat cheese, sushi, and light vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.

Domaine de Bel Air is a long-established family estate in Pouilly-Fumé with roots dating back to the 19th century. Now led by Katia and Cédric Mauroy, representing the 8th and 9th generations, the domaine is known for crafting elegant, terroir-focused Loire wines that highlight the character of each parcel and the traditions of the region.
