Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a luminous, polished appearance typical of well-made Burgundy Chardonnay. The nose opens with lemon, white flowers, pastry and crème brûlée, layered with hints of tropical fruit and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is textural and elegant, balancing ripe fruit richness with freshness and a fine sense of structure. The finish is long and nuanced, with minerality helping to keep the wine poised. Drink now for its expressive charm, though it still has the balance to develop further complexity over the next few years.

Production
This Bourgogne Blanc is made from Chardonnay grown on young vines planted in the Musigny vineyard area, giving the wine a notable pedigree despite its regional classification. Burgundy’s limestone-rich soils and cool continental climate bring freshness, precision and a distinct mineral character to the fruit. Vinification aims to preserve texture and aromatic detail while allowing the character of the site and vintage to come through.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for lobster, roast chicken, creamy seafood dishes, veal, or mushroom risotto. Serve it at around 10–12°C to best appreciate its aromatic lift and texture, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help it open up if the bottle has been resting for some time.
