Production
The grapes come from Domaine Claire Clavel’s vineyards in the Cèze Valley and the surrounding Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages Saint-Gervais appellations. The estate manages approximately 80 hectares spread across around 100 vineyard parcels in five villages, with an emphasis on working in harmony with nature. The grapes are predominantly harvested by hand, and the domaine has been Terra Vitis certified since 2010. The wine is made from Roussanne and Viognier; specific vinification details are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve Syrius Blanc chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its ripe fruit, lively acidity and mineral character make it a natural partner for grilled or baked fish, shellfish, roast chicken, vegetable tarts and creamy goat’s cheese. Decanting is not necessary, although giving the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its aromas open up.
