Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, pale straw color with a lively sheen that hints at its crisp profile. The nose is fresh and clean, offering citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a subtle stony note, with a light leesy complexity from ageing on the fine lees. On the palate, the wine is energetic and mouthwatering, with pronounced acidity, juicy fruit, and a distinct mineral thread running through the finish. There is immediate freshness here, but also enough texture and balance to give the wine depth. It should drink beautifully now and over the next few years, while retaining its vibrant, linear style.

Production
The grapes come from Bouzeron, the Burgundy village most closely associated with Aligoté, and from the notable Clos de La Fortune vineyard, whose southeast exposure helps ensure ripeness and tension in the final wine. The fruit is gently pressed, then the must is fermented in stainless steel before ageing on the lees in a mix of large and more neutral barrels, adding subtle texture without masking the wine’s freshness.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile food wine, ideal with oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish, goat cheese, asparagus, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help раскрыть its mineral and floral nuances.

Since its acquisition in 2013, the domaine has expanded significantly, farming sustainably without herbicides or pesticides and earning a strong reputation for craftsmanship and excellent value.
