Production

Winemaker Max Blondelle ages the wine for around 10 months in a combination of used oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, preserving purity of fruit while adding subtle texture and complexity.

This Chardonnay works especially well with roast chicken, creamy poultry dishes, grilled fish, shellfish, and mild hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
