Production
The grapes come from soils rich in loess, a fertile terroir that helps preserve ripeness and fruit expression. Domaine Bader uses only the first pressing, selecting the most pure and vibrant juice, and then ages the wine for 12 months in bottle before disgorgement to build texture and refinement.

Food & Serving
This Crémant is an excellent aperitif and works beautifully with shellfish, seafood platters, and light starters. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, and no decanting is needed—just open and enjoy while the mousse is lively and fresh.
