This Champagne is ideal with refined dishes such as lobster, oysters, sashimi, caviar, or delicate seafood preparations, as well as poultry with subtle sauces and lightly seasoned white meats. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended for Champagne.
