Built on the house’s hallmark style of finesse and balance, it combines the structure of Pinot Noir with the freshness of Chardonnay for a beautifully refined expression of Champagne rosé.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, this rosé Champagne opens with lively aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, lifted by hints of citrus and a subtle floral edge. The palate is harmonious and polished, with a creamy mousse, bright acidity, and a delicate finish that brings together ripe red fruit, a touch of minerality, and a faint spice note. It is enjoyable now for its freshness and charm, yet has the poise to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
This non-vintage rosé is made primarily from Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay adding elegance and vibrancy. Its delicate color and layered style come from the addition of a small proportion of red wine sourced from carefully selected parcels, reflecting the traditional rosé-making approach used in Champagne. The result is a wine that showcases the chalk-driven freshness and fine balance characteristic of the region.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé Champagne also pairs beautifully with salmon, tuna, shellfish, light poultry dishes, veal, and berry-based desserts. Serve chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
