Deutz Brut Classic NV Magnum is a refined expression of Champagne from one of the region’s most respected houses in Aÿ. As the estate’s signature non-vintage cuvée, it showcases the house style beautifully: finesse, harmony, and understated complexity, with the added presence and celebratory feel of the magnum format.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, elegant golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is delicate and inviting, offering crisp apple, pear, citrus zest, and subtle notes of brioche and white flowers. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced and creamy, with fresh acidity carrying flavors of orchard fruit, lemon peel, toasted nuts, and a light mineral edge. The finish is clean, precise, and gently spicy, making it enjoyable now while retaining the structure to develop additional complexity over a few more years in bottle.

Production
This blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier is sourced from a selection of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across Champagne, helping Deutz maintain both consistency and quality year after year. Pinot Noir provides depth and structure, Chardonnay brings lift and elegance, and Pinot Meunier adds fruit and softness, resulting in a classic, harmonious style. The magnum format is particularly well suited to Champagne, as it can help preserve freshness and encourage graceful aging.

Food & Serving
A versatile Champagne, it works wonderfully as an aperitif or alongside seafood, sushi, light fish dishes, roast poultry, or mild cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy to preserve its fine mousse and vibrant freshness.
