Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a fine, elegant mousse and a bright, pale golden hue. The nose is clean and expressive, offering ripe apple, pear, citrus, and white flower aromas, lifted by subtle brioche notes and a touch of nuttiness. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-structured, with creamy texture, lively acidity, and a persistent finish. Deutz sources fruit from carefully selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across Champagne, helping ensure consistency and quality in every release. The blend brings together the structure of Pinot Noir, the elegance of Chardonnay, and the fruit-forward softness of Pinot Meunier, vinified to preserve freshness and a refined, classic house style.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is wonderfully versatile and works as both an aperitif and a food wine. It pairs especially well with oysters, shellfish, sushi, light fish dishes, poultry, and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
