Tasting Notes

The grapes are chosen to maintain consistency and quality across vintages, reflecting the house’s commitment to precision and balance in its non-vintage style.

Food & Serving
An excellent aperitif Champagne, it also pairs effortlessly with seafood, sushi, delicate fish dishes, poultry, and soft cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10°C; decanting is not recommended, but a short rest in the glass can help the aromas open beautifully.
