On the palate, the wine should be medium to full-bodied, with supple tannins, fresh acidity, and a balanced core of dark fruit, espresso, and mineral notes. The 2022 vintage has the potential for strong aging, thanks to the blend’s natural concentration and structure. While approachable with a little time in bottle, it should continue to develop complexity over the next 8–15 years, gaining tertiary notes of tobacco, leather, and truffle as it matures.

Serve at 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromas and texture. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended if opening young, especially to allow the wine to open up and soften its tannins.
