Crafted from Rabigato, Viosinho, and Gouveio, it shows the precision and elegance that have made Cortes do Tua one of the most exciting modern names in the Douro.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, it offers a bright, polished expression with lifted aromatics of white peach, citrus, and subtle floral notes, all framed by a distinct stony, granitic edge. On the palate it is intense yet balanced, with fresh acidity, impressive structure, and a long, clean finish that carries both fruit and minerality. With its concentration and backbone, this wine has very good aging potential and should develop extra complexity over time.

Production
The fruit comes from high-altitude vineyards in Douro Superior, where the white parcels sit between 500 and 700 meters above sea level on soils that lend the wine its characteristic freshness and mineral tension. The grapes are hand-harvested from carefully tended parcels, with Cortes do Tua working as organically as possible to preserve vineyard purity. Vinification is focused on maintaining precision, balance, and aromatic clarity, resulting in a white wine with both elegance and depth.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled fish, shellfish, roasted poultry, creamy risottos, and refined dishes with herbs or citrus. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C to bring out its freshness and detail, and decanting is not necessary unless you want to give the wine a little extra air as it opens in the glass.
